Sneaky Sasquatch was one of the earlier releases on the Apple Arcade when the service became available to mobile gamers everywhere. And now, it has quickly risen the ranks as one of its most popular games. It ended up winning the App Store's Apple Arcade Game of the Year for 2020.
The game takes place at a park in a forest. You play the role of a friendly sasquatch who is just really hungry. In order to feed himself, he needs to be hilariously sneaky and take food from the baskets, coolers, and grills of campers. If he wants, he can even grab food from trash cans (oh, how nutritious...). We also covered the best way to earn money in Sneaky Sasquatch if you have trouble with it.
It has open-world vibes to it as you can freely explore anywhere you want on the map. Just make sure you have a disguise or otherwise, you'll scare campers who will send the rangers to come and chase you, cutely sending you back home if caught. But there is so much more to Sneaky Sasquatch than just taking food. If you haven't played it yet, here are a few things to expect in this ever-expanding game.

There's More to Do at The Park
In Sneaky Sasquatch, it's more than just stealing food from campers as we mentioned. You can run around the park and do different activities. It's pretty funny how you go from going on the hunt for grub to just doing typical human activities.
You can go to the track and go racing, head to the course and play a round of golf and you can even go skiing from a mountain among other things. And it's more than just casually playing either. You can take part in different tournaments in each of the activity locations.
Best of all, you can win a chunky amount of coins by playing in these events if you finish in the top three. Coins are used to make some fun little purchases around the map, and that includes apparel and other items that will help you participate in some of these activities. You can sell food that you grab to the friendly bear to start building your wealth before grabbing the necessary items to play in events. Lastly, you can grab a go-kart from the racing area and head to the Saw Mill and sneakily take a worker's outfit. No coins required!.
There are Missions in the Game
If you're a gamer who fancy's a good quest, Sneaky Sasquatch as a couple of them. One begins right away when you first fire up the game. The other is newer and was added in one of the game's earlier updates which added a whole new layer to the game.
In the main storyline, a rich man approaches one of the rangers to tell them that they want to turn the beloved forest into an apartment complex. Sasquatch, the raccoon, and some of the other animals hear about the news and come up with an idea to try and save the park. The goal is to find 10 pieces of ripped-up map pieces that leads to buried treasure that can save the park. You'll find the piece by completing side quests and participating in sporting events.
The other big story involves heading to the town which is a big area that was added in the game's first major update. With this mission, you'll need to head into the town, get a job at the corporation, and climb up the business ladder. The same rich man who was trying to destroy the park runs this corporation and discussed some "secret plans" and so that's when Sasquatch tries and reach the top of the corporate ladder to gain access to these plans and uncover the secrets.
The Game Gets Updated Reguarly
Sneaky Sasquatch was a lot of fun to play from the jump. But now, with added updates, the game continues to expand into a bigger experience. The first major addition which was the town has quite a bit of new things you can do there from getting a job (like we mentioned) to playing games in the arcade, this by itself adds some richness.
Then, you have the Marina beach location that you can visit. You can explore, surf, and chow down on some hot, fresh tacos. Before even heading to the beach, you can purchase a boat so you can ride around on the water. You may discover some treasures on the ocean if you do have a boat so keep an eye out.
New stores and activities were added recently too including a shop where you can change the look of your backpack. Newer activities include photography and taxi driving. And in the newest update at the time of this writing, you can get yourself a little dog as a pet companion for sasquatch. The folks at Rac 7 Games also do a great job of creating holiday-based events where you can win some cool rewards.
