My team has shown up in the best way possible, even when I am not in the pharmacy. This is a congratulations to the team and entire store! This wouldn’t be possible without the #oneteam mentality! I am so proud, grateful, and ecstatic of my teams growth and development. Just in 6 months we have gone from a MSH of 2.6 to a MSH for the year of 4.2 for the year. The team and I have will always have opportunities to grow, but we have made tremendous strides! I was extremely impressed that in the month of May, we were ranked 105th out of 9,160 CVS Health pharmacies! That puts us in the top 1.1% of the company for May! For the year we are currently ranked in the top 30% and will continue to utilize the great behaviors built to help provide extraordinary care to our patient! My team has really #risentothechallenge and #joinedforces with the entire store to help provide the best care for our community and surrounding communities! Lastly, I am most proud of the change in culture when it comes to our patient care! We are 22 points over our goal for patient connection, and my team is extremely energetic about #mypatientcare and ensuring we take a wholistic approach to each and every patient to optimize health outcomes! Kudos to my team and they deserve all the credit in the world for the massive changes in behaviors which has led to optimal results for our patients! I’m happy to say our community is better served do to these behavioral changes!CVS Health CVS Pharmacy #oneteam#growthanddevelopment #puttingpeoplefirst #risingtothechallenge

I had an amazing time co-presenting at our multiple district meeting in Buffalo, NY! We had districts that ranged from Rochester to the surrounding Buffalo area and it was a great experience being able to bring the #oneteam mentality by joining forces with all of the store managers and pharmacy managers in the districts! We have an amazing group that is led by outstanding leaders! Phenomenal job by John Lotus, Tia Lum, Dave Kingston, and William Berger, LPC for hosting an extremely engaging meeting to focus on how we can continue to provide the best care for our community and reinvision the #oneteam mentality! I’m excited to see how our districts join forces to ensure that we create simplicity and ensure our impact on the community in unmatched. We also had an an amazing surprise visit from John Janik, LPC #inspiretrust #joinforces #createsimplicity #putpeoplefirsr#risetothechallenege#oneteamonecommunityCVS Health Patrick H. Girard

This past week, I expiernced my first pharmacy inventory with CVS Health and had an amazing visit from multiple senior managment. It was a pleasure being able to meet John Janik, LPC Patrick H. Girard Kirsi Diaz! Additionally, as you can see my amazing pharmacy team was awarded one of the highest if not the highest award from an asset Protection standpoint. As a leader, nothing makes you happier than to see the stars of your team be recognized for their outstanding efforts. My outstanding store manager, Chuck Hennessey won the paragon award for the region as well! This is a huge accomplishment and well deserved! Congratulations to Chuck and my outstanding team for their efforts to support our community! I am excited to see how we can continue to grow and develop together. Finally, thank you to our amazing leaders which includes John Lotus Dave Kingston #CVSHEALTH#CommunityPharmacy #BetterTogether #Leadership#Teamdevelopment #appreciaition

SHARE YOUR #WHY ‼️As a #leader, I truly love understanding the “why” behind my colleagues and team members stories. Many people will ask me “why” pharmacy? Well this is my “why” it’s patient care, it’s believing you can make a difference! You can have such an impact on the entire community with hopefulness you can bring to their lives. My motivation started from a young age, I was diagnosed in 1996 with Mitochondrial Disease. This diagnosis was and is still extremely rare. It took four muscle biopsies at three different hospitals to get diagnosed. After my diagnosis, my parents were told that there was a 98% mortality rate by the age of ten. Additionally, they were told that there wasn’t a treatment for the disease itself, but that they could treat all of the symptoms of the disease. I spent my entire childhood in the hospital and on hospice, but my parents never gave up on me. They forced me to continue my education at home while on hospice for the sake of principle. They believed in me, and I believed in myself as welll. Throughout my childhood, all I would talk about is becoming a doctor. The third grade was the first time, I actually went to school for most of the year. At this point, I was getting healthier from the many surgeries, strokes, and finally off of TPN. I began to get healthier and stronger, and then doctors called it a miracle. Fast forward, I’m now 31 and I’ve had 38 surgeries, 7 blood clots, 2 strokes, and my heart has stopped 3 times. In addition, I lost my best friend, my mother to cancer while I was finishing my Doctor of Pharmacy program. She passed away exactly six months before graduation. She was my best friend, my best advocate and believed that I would achieve my dream of practicing medicine one day. Many have told me that I’ve experienced a lot of hardships, but I see these as many of opportunities to grow and develop. I’ve been blessed with such opportunity to be able to empathize with my patients now on what they are going through. I’ve been told that it’s a miracle I survived and I am doing well. I believe in miracles, but I believe the positive mindset you bring to life everyday has enormous impact on the team around you, the community you serve, and yourself! Believe in miracles, believe in yourself, and believe you will make a difference! From deaths door to positively impacting lives is why I became a pharmacist and the first person in my entire family to recieve their doctorate! Below is the last picture my mom and I took together. This picture motivates me to continue to try and be the best version of myself for my patients as she was always the best version of herself to her patients. Thank you to CVS Health for allowing me to follow my dreams and make an impact on the community we serve!#CVSHealth#Motivation#Leadership#Personalgrowth#communitypharmacy #Hope#TeamCVS #mywhy#deathsdoortodoctor

WARNING ‼️ Proud Manager Moment!I am so #proud of my entire staff as we have come so far in just a short period! I started with #cvshealth in September. I started as a staff pharmscist in a pharmacy that had many opportunities to be the best version of ourselves for our community! I was offered the opportunity to take the #pharmacymanager position at the beginning of this year. In such a short time, my #outstanding team has excelled in propelling our opportunities to our greatest successes! My team has grown and developed so much in the last two months. This has allowed us to be the best medical professionals that our patients and community deserve. I am ecstatic to see the growth and development of the staff in live time! I am so excited to see the continued development and positive impact the team will have on the great community we serve! In the month of February, my staff and I were tied for number 1️⃣ in all of CVS Health Pharmacies in 2 of 6 major cateogories! Out of 9160 Pharmacies, my team was able to continue to build great behaviors that allowed us to rank 374th in the company which puts us in the #top 4% of the company! Overall, we ended up achieving a 4.9 out of 5 for the month of February and it is all because of the outstanding team that surrounds me! They have bought into the vision of our pharmacy and we truly show up in the best way possible for our patients!!!#cvshealth #communitypharmacy #healthcareexcellence #district10#DunkirkNY#proudmoment #growthmindset #teamcvs #cvsuccess

Last week I had the pleasure of working with my outstanding District Leader John Lotus and two other outstanding Pharmacistis whom are phenomenal ambassadors for the brand! We were able to make visits to 16 stores across our district as we were taking off without turbulence into the future of pharmacy! The communities CVS Pharmacy supports will be supported by pharmacists that can potentially be hours away. Ensuring that the pharmacist and team are able to give the best #patientcenteredcare for each and everyone without the stress of the behind the scenes building up! This initiative will only empower my colleagues and I to continue to practice at the highest level possible and ensure our patients and communities will be recieving tremendous care! My team and I had our #pilot ready to go! #airsupport #futureofhealthcare #futureofpharmacy #cvshealth #communityimpact #communityhealthcare
